Inmaculada Fellows' Farm, Colombia
Inmaculada Coffee Farms are widely recognised for producing some of the best coffees in the world. In 2022, they started a project called Fellows' Farms - collaborating with exceptional local coffee producers who were struggling to make ends meet amidst climate change and rising prices. The aim was to offer Inmaculada Farms knoweldge of agronomical practices and general know-how to improve the farmer's welfare and increase their price-point. By offering them an international platform to showcase their coffees, they have maintained traceability for their coffee and the project has been a true success!
Inmaculada Fellows' Farms is more than just a partnership; it's a testament to the transformative power of shared knowledge and mutual respect. Driven by a desire to create meaningful impact beyond profit margins, Inmaculada Farms invests in the holistic well-being of its partner farmers. Through comprehensive training programs and ongoing support, farmers are equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to implement sustainable farming practices, ensuring the long-term viability of their crops and preserving the rich biodiversity of the region.
Moreover, Inmaculada Farms is committed to promoting gender equality and empowering women in coffee-growing communities, recognizing their invaluable contributions to the industry.
Inmaculada Farms was astounded by the unwavering dedication and unwavering commitment of the farmers, whose passion for their craft shone through. The resulting coffee, borne from this symbiotic partnership, is nothing short of exceptional.
