The sugarcane decaffeination process is a natural method that uses ethyl acetate - created from fermenting molasses derived from sugarcane - to gently extract caffeine from coffee beans, preserving their inherent flavor and aroma. It is widely recognized as a gentle and effective decaffeination technique.
In this process, green coffee beans are moistened and then exposed to ethyl acetate (E.A). The E.A. selectively binds to and removes caffeine molecules from the beans. After the caffeine extraction, the E.A. is removed, and the beans are processed as usual, dried and roasted. The sugarcane process is a natural method of decaffeination, and since sugarcane readily grows in abundance throughout Peru, it is an environmentally conscious approach with minimal impact on the coffee's flavor and aroma. It presents an excellent option for consumers seeking a natural and flavorful decaffeinated coffee experience

Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will then arrange for the return of the goods and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
Changed Your Mind
If you have changed your mind about an item you have ordered, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that the item must be returned in its original packaging and sealed.

Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the goods back to us. We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery from your shipping carrier, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds

Coffee is roasted to order on Tuesday and Wednesday for dispatch on Thursday.
Our standard delivery rate is £4.50. Orders over £30 will receive free delivery.
