Jardines Del Eden, Colombia
This is an exceptional washed coffee that unites four rare varietals — Maragesha, Sudan Rume, Striped Bourbon, and Sidra — cultivated at Jardines del Eden in Quindío. Producer Felipe Arcila, a fourth-generation grower and the son of renowned producer Jairo Arcila, founded Jardines Del Eden to showcase the most exotic and unique coffee varietals. The farm focuses on sustainability and experimentation, combining traditional cultivation with forward-thinking processing.
Jardines del Eden is a 19-hectare farm located around 1900 meters above sea level, in the biodiverse mountains of Quindío. Its rich volcanic soils, cool Andean climate, and innovative farming practices create the perfect environment for exotic coffee genetics to thrive.
This coffee is a testament to this vision: a washed coffee that not only showcases the unique character of four celebrated varietals, but also reflects the Arcila family’s legacy of ecological responsibility and exceptional cup quality.
