Inacio Urban Low Caffeine, Brazil
The Aramosa varietal offers a rare balance: less buzz, more nuance. It’s ideal for people looking for a lower-caffeine option that still delivers a clean, high-quality cup. Not decaf — just naturally half the caffeine.
This coffee comes from Rio Brilhante, a 1755-hectare family-run farm in Brazil’s Cerrado Mineiro region. The Urban family dedicates 840 hectares to coffee and 566 hectares to native forest preservation. They’re committed to sustainable practices and support over 280 workers, both permanent and seasonal.
Cherries are handpicked and sorted, fermented for 36 hours, then sun-dried on patios for 15 days until they hit the perfect moisture content.
