Service Description
Meet at Cracked offers a flexible upstairs room for meetings, team sessions, training and small group use. Designed to feel professional without being overly formal, it’s suited to everything from business meetings and staff catch-ups to planning sessions and more relaxed group bookings. The room comfortably accommodates around 6–12 people, with coffee and refreshments available.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking can be moved to another available date or refunded. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable. Please arrive and leave within your booked time so we can prepare the room for the next booking. If you need additional set-up time, let us know when booking. Food and drinks from Cracked Coffee are welcome in the room. External catering should be agreed with us in advance. The person making the booking is responsible for the room and its contents during the booking. Any damage beyond normal use may be charged. Please let us know in advance if you have any accessibility requirements, need a particular room layout, or are planning an activity outside normal meeting or group use. We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings that are unsuitable for the space. If we need to cancel your booking, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to move to another date.
